If for some reason you are not satisfied with something you’ve selected from our online store you must accept the following TUBBYK9 TASTY TREATS conditions, or we are under no obligation to accept your return.


Please read carefully the following steps to requesting your refund or exchange.

  • All refunds will have a restocking fee of 15%. No exceptions. All packaging must not be tampered with and must be in a condition that can be resold.
  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us for a refund. If after 30 days, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. Please note we will NOT refund bulk items due to safety concerns.
  • Please email info@tubbyk9tastytreats.com with your name, date of purchase, order number, what you are wanting to return and reason why you are returning it.
  • If you decide to keep any packages, you will pay full price for them. No exceptions are provided.
  • All courier charges are at your own expense. Please send all applicable tracking information.
  • Once your item(s) arrives at our facility, we will require no more than 2 business days to process your request. You will be contacted via email with the outcome of the refund and will be processed less the 15% restocking fee, back onto the original method of payment unless communicated otherwise.
  • Exchange requests will be handled by one of our customer service representatives. If there is any issue with our product, we will be happy to exchange the product at our expense. Please contact info@tubbyk9tastytreats.com to simplify the process of this request.
