As a result, TubbyK9 Tasty Treats, its owners, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers should not be liable for any pet allergies or physical reactions to the products we sell, vet bills, incomplete and inaccurate information under the product listings or descriptions. Product information could change at any time without notice. TubbyK9 Tasty Treats is not liable for any personal or animal loss or injury of any time that occurs from the usage of our products sold under its brand or on the website, www.tubbyk9tastytreats.com. Always consult your animal’s veterinarian before introducing a new bone, treat, chew, toy, or supplement before adding into your pet’s diet. TubbyK9 Tasty Treats are not a nutritional or mineral supplement for your pet.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
The current price of the items are on the website, unless a specific price has been quoted and the purchaser has contacted info@tubbyk9tastytreats.com. All prices can be changed without notice at the discretion of TubbyK9 Tasty Treats. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
TubbyK9 Tasty Treats offers Free Shipping on all subtotal orders of $59 and 10% off your entire order with a subtotal of $79. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout if the above criteria are not met. Taxes are based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Please refer to the “Refund Policy” for refunds and exchanges. TubbyK9 Tasty Treats will not pay for the shipping costs related to the product being refunded. The customer must agree to the refund policy in its entirety for TubbyK9 Tasty Treats to do the refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges will be based on the decision of TubbyK9 Tasty Treats. If the package is opened and something is wrong with the product you are to contact info@tubbyk9tastytreats.com.
SUBSCRIPTION
TubbyK9 Tasty Treats offers subscription packages of your product and choice. Subscription options will be shipped every 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. Customers will be billed and charged accordingly when the subscription date is due.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
When a subscription option is cancelled, the customer must cancel ONE (1) MONTH prior to the next billing date for cancellation on any subscription option to avoid being billed for the following month.
RESALE
No customer shall be permitted to resell TubbyK9 Tasty Treats products in whole or in part to any third party or commercial use. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province in which our company is located and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
TERMINATION
TubbyK9 Tasty Treats has the right to terminate or suspend your account with us and the access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, at our discretion.
CHANGES
TubbyK9 Tasty Treats has the rights to reserve, at our discretion, to modify or replace the above Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. If a revision is made, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to new terms taking effect. Material changes will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after changes have become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms provided, in whole or in part, stop the use of service.
